Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession, she began to compete in fitness contests at the age of was just 16 years old. In 2017, she was 17 years old when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model as well as a an athlete sponsored by IFBB. At the age of 16, she began taking part in fitness events following her decision to quit gymnastics. At the age of 17, she received her Pro Card one year later. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently the most youthful IFBB Pro. When she was awarded her Pro Card Ariel left for six years from the stage in order to complete her university education. In 2015, she continued her path from last year, competing in the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She participated for a couple of years following her debut with a goal of setting higher standards each year. By the time 2009 ended, she had won the titles of four other fitness contests. In 2009 she won named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She became the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken six years off from competition when she earned her pro-card in order to complete her university education. Following the IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel was able to make a comeback at her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. They placed her third at the contest. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage three months later taking home 6th place at the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectations prior to the event and was happy with her performance. Ariel had to compete with some of the world's skilled athletes. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. It is a combination of lat pull-downs, bent rows using a single arm with a pull-up device and the seated rows. The warm-up phase is typically done first, followed by the exercise. Additionally, Ariel is known to make use of her time the best way is possible. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings for all her exercises in the back. This involves three to 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
